Chloe Walter

As a passionate practitioner of both yoga and Pilates for over a decade, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative benefits these practices bring. Five years ago, I turned that passion into a career, becoming a certified yoga instructor. Along the way, I also discovered a love for reformer Pilates, which led me to train as a teacher in that discipline as well. Seeing the benefits firsthand, I felt there was a real need for a local studio in Plymouth where others could access these practices in a supportive environment. That’s how Reformer Pilates Plymouth came to be—a space where people of all backgrounds and experience levels can find balance, strength, and a sense of community.

Hey Everyone! ​I started practising Reformer Pilates over a year ago now and I have loved every minute of it. My 9-5 is in an office but I wanted a break from this and decided to enrol on a Pilate teacher course. Reformer is a lot of fun but it can also be so helpful for any injuries/aches and just to keep everything moving. I’m looking forward to meeting and teaching you all!

Passionate about all things movement, I have been a professional dancer for the last 10 years cruising around the world and working as a showgirl in Paris. My pilates obsession began when I studied at the Northern Ballet School, it was a foundation I’ve relied on heavily throughout my career to keep me injury free and ensure I’m warm enough to do a cancan! I’m here to help you fall in love with this incredible form of exercise and to ensure you feel strong, aligned and empowered! Let’s get moving :)

Pilates has helped me feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to myself, and I can’t wait to help others experience the same. This is such an exciting new chapter, and I’m looking forward to growing and learning alongside my clients and supporting them all on their own wellness journey.

Hello! Before having my two boys I was a professional dancer and singer, I’ve fallen In Love with reformer Pilates as it’s taking me back to my college days doing Pilates every morning before ballet, reformer is incredible to build back that strength and I feel I have a new passion. One I can’t wait to get started on this journey with you all!

Hey everyone! I found Pilates a few years ago during a really challenging time—recovering from burnout and navigating my way through disordered eating. I was physically and mentally drained, and what used to work for me—like high-intensity training — just left me feeling more depleted. Reformer and mat Pilates offered something completely different: a way to move that felt kind, supportive, and grounding. It helped me reconnect with my body in a way I hadn’t felt in years, and slowly, I started to feel more balanced and energised. I’ve been drawn to the calm, low-impact approach ever since—and I’m really grateful to now be able to share it with others.

 

With a background in nutrition (BSc Hons) and experience in personal training, my approach is gentle, informed, and nervous-system-aware. Teaching Reformer feels like such a natural extension of how I now choose to live—slow, strong, and kind to myself. I truly believe this style of movement has something to offer everyone, whether you're looking to reconnect with your body, build strength without stress, or simply carve out a little space in your week just for you.
